The Bear Bakery bake handmade sourdough bread on the premises, using a range of different flours
These include Organic Whole White & Spelt and depending on time of year would usually include such loaves as Bears Boule, Bear-ly White, Sundried Tomato & Oregano Boule and 50% Spelt Tin Loaf.
Keep an eye out for their Slow Proved Organic Loaf and Honey & Raisin Boule.
Their old school donuts have become renowned and share counter space with danishes and other sweet things. Great with a ‘bean to cup’ coffee or mug of tea.
